FAQ

What is a subscription product.

Subscription lets you use all Polaris Office features (document editing, cloud, AI, etc.) with monthly or annual plans.

What is the difference between Web Office, subscription, and perpetual license?

Web Office runs directly in your browser without installation. Subscription is an installable version with the latest features, including AI, and cloud integration. Perpetual License is a one-time buy, install-and-use product focused on offline use.

Which devices can I use it on.

Subscription is available on Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS, and you can log in on up to 5 devices with the same account.

Can I use it offline?

No. An internet connection is required because login is necessary.

I want to cancel auto-renewal.

You can cancel auto-renewal in My Page → Subscription Management. You can still use the service until the end of the paid period.

Is there a free trial?

With the Basic account provided upon sign-up, you can open and edit documents for free. Web Office can be used without signing in.
